• How do I book a tour?

  Contact us and our leasing team will be in touch during regular business hours to learn more about what you’re looking for and arrange a time for you to come for a tour. In the meantime, you can take self-guided virtual tours on our website: Studio, One Bedroom, Two Bedroom

• How much is rent?

  We have a wide range of homes available from studio, one and two-bedroom homes designed to meet your needs. For pricing, availability and to apply online check out the following options East Tower or West Tower.

• Is parking available?

  Parking is subject to availability. The rate is $150/month in addition to rental payments. It is secured, heated, underground, & unassigned.

• Do you allow pets?

  Yes! At Dominion, we love our four-legged residents just as much as our two-legged! We have a limit of 2 pets per home and welcome both cats and dogs with no weight or breed restriction.
  (Please note there is a pet-fee of $25 per pet a month)

• Do you offer short-term rentals?

  No, currently we do not offer any short-term rentals.

• Do you have furnished homes?

  There are currently limited opportunities to have a wall bed/sofa included for your use with our studio homes, and this floorplan always comes with a beautiful island, which doubles as a desk/dining table.

• What does the application look like?

  Our application is through a secure online portal via Rentcafe. Simply select your desired unit from the East or West Tower and fill in the required details. There is no cost for your application. After we receive your application, our leasing team will connect with you during regular business hours.
